Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If an issue arises during transit, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking information. Make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
